Terms and Conditions:
Artists (the "client") receives 85% on all sales for singles, albums and merchandising. Singles are $.99 cents and albums are $9.99.  Membership dues is $25 annually. During this period, artists can conveniently check sales daily and have unlimited songs and albums uploaded for sale. Payments for sales will be paid quarterly via direct deposit. 
Disclaimer of Liabilities:

IndependentMuzic and its affiliates shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liabilities for any loss or damages (whether direct or indirect or consequential) or trademarks, patents, personal injury or expenses whatsoever which may be suffered by you (the "client/artist") or any of the clients affiliates or third party as a result of your access or use of the website or funds due to other featured artists on collaborative songs. The artist (the client) is totally liable and responsible for any legal issues and fees resulting from the access and full usage of this website and any of its affiliates.
